A Letter from the Principal

It is my privilege to welcome you to a glance at our school through our website.  I would like to thank you for your interest in our school and encourage you to call and schedule a visit to our beautiful campus.

It has also been my privilege to serve as principal of Trinity Lutheran School beginning in the 2019 school year with our move to a new campus where we joined our church and preschool already located at 15160 S. Harrell’s Ferry Rd.  As a ministry of Trinity Lutheran Church, our school has the mission of providing children with An Education Anchored in Christ.  We are in a partnership with our parents - a family of families - encouraging and supporting each other in struggles and blessings!  Our world certainly has had its share of challenges lately - how blessed we are to face those challenges together and share the peace that we have knowing God is in control!

Within our beautifully, culturally diverse body of students, first and foremost, we teach children of God’s great love for us, His own dear children.  Through religion classes and incorporating our faith into all learning, our teachers instruct in harmony with biblical truth, rigorously exploring all subjects while standing firmly on the foundation of our faith in Jesus Christ as our loving Savior.  We strive to provide a Christian education that permeates the spiritual, intellectual, creative, physical, social and psychological growth of every student.

Our students participate in service projects for our church and school, but also with outreach to the community.  Our teachers share Jesus’ love and forgiveness with students and teach them to do the same.  Our students benefit by receiving a rigorous academic education, preparing them for high school and beyond.  Perhaps more importantly, we strive to lead our students to live lives that would be pleasing to God - lives of service, of grace and forgiveness, of perseverance and of steadfastness to their beliefs and faith.

If you would like to learn more about our school, please call or visit us today!

Have a blessed day!

Mrs. Marinea McGehee
